To make your stay most pleasant, we’ve provided a brief way around the villa:
Please Understand, this is a Home stay, not a Resort1) Upon arriving at the villa, kindly take a few minutes to inspect and sign on the satisfactory report handed by the property manager before accepting the villa.
If anything not as per guest satisfaction, they can ask the manager to rectify it before checking in. Alternatively, request Airbnb for alternate accommodations or refund.
No complaints brought to notice thereafter will be entertained.2) Kindly stay away from the junction box and stabilizer compartment. It is high voltage and can cause injury.
3) While smoking is prohibited inside the villa, guests can comfortably do so in the balconies, terrace and pool area so as not to distress the non-smokers.
4) Linens are changed once in 4 days. So guests are requested to not use towels and napkins as bath mats.
If guests do require a fresh set of towels daily, that shall be provided at an additional cost of INR 100/- per day for a set of 2 For a complete change of all linens, it will be charged at INR 1000/- per day per room.5) Due to power fluctuations in all of Goa, we request guests to turn off unused appliances in case they leave the villa for an outing. In case A/Cs, fans, etc., are left on and villa locked, the mains will be turned off by the manager and turned back on once the guests arrive.
6) Security deposit of INR 10,000/- is payable at the time of check in and refunded upon check out once no major damages or loss are reported, and keys are securely handed back.
7) No additional guests apart from the number mentioned upon arrival will be permitted to stay in the villa. Friends of guests staying in the villa can visit for a maximum of 2 hours after registering with the complex security. Strictly no visitors between 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
8) Strict policy for segregation of wet and dry waste. There are separate bins with clear markings mentioned on both. If waste is found to be mixed, penalties levied by waste management team will be deducted from security deposit.
9) Food and drinks spilled in the pool, on bed linens and bathroom towels and napkins will be chargeable and duly deducted form the security deposit.
10) Strictly no moving of furniture from their original place. Guests can request property manager if changes are possible.
11) All homes have cleaning included in the total rent. Please note that cleaning does not include dishes & cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, the guest is entitled to pay during checkout. Guests agree to keep house, furniture, and furnishings in good order.
12) 11) Strictly no plates, utensils, cooked food to be taken in the bedrooms. Any spillage / spoilage occurring in the bedroom due to meals and drinks will be charged additional for cleaning and damages, and the same would be deducted from the security deposit.
13) Use of swimming pool / Jacuzzi is permitted only if proper swimming costumes are worn. Non compliance will result in preventing further use of facility and INR 10,000 will be charged / deducted from security deposit to drain out the pool / Jacuzzi. Use of swimming pool / Jacuzzi is strictly for the permitted villa guests.

1) All bookings done, irrespective of time in advance when confirmed, are strictly non-refundable.
2) If for unforeseen reasons, the guests cannot fulfill the stay, any changes if done minimum 5 days in advance, the booking can be transferred or equal value credit will be given for any future bookings subject to availability and prevailing daily tariffs at that time. Within 5 days of check in date, no credits will be given. Bookings can only be transferred for the same dates and number of guests.3) Once checked in, no changes in booking tenure will be honored. In case guests desire to cut short the stay, no refund, transfer of booking, or future credit will be given. -
